This session is focused on building and toning your muscles and increasing your strength, speed & power. These sessions also focus on your technique, stabilisation & muscle activation. We combine both weights and body weight in these sessions, they are suitable for all fitness levels. If you play sport, do trade work or participate in other movement based activities our strength & conditioning sessions will be a great addition to your current program. Strength & conditioning increases your metabolism, helping you lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Body Weight Burn
Our Bodyweight Burn session is focused on strength training using your own weight as resistance against gravity. Enhancing a range of biomotor abilities including strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. This session is suitable for all fitness levels while working at your own pace. Bodyweight training utilises simple abilities such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, twisting and balancing.
