At this time of year, a lot of people decide that they just want to relax, and enjoy cocktails, cakes and chocolates. Which is all perfectly fine, in moderation of course. 😉
This is where a lot of people go a bit wild.
If you still want results, you need to be aware and realistic of all of the extra treats. Chockies at work, Christmas cocktails and big feasts all quickly add up.
If you’re happy to relax more, then you need to be aware that you may gain fat. Neither is right or wrong, but you can’t have ALL the treats and all the results. It just ain’t going to happen.
I always ask my clients, to make the choice and stick to it. And don’t forget you can enjoy Christmas without all of the junk. 😉
Decide where you want to sit and stick with your decision and the consequences.
